Our standard delivery window is 11AM-3:30PM so expect your cake to arrive within this timeframe on the day of delivery (give or take 30 minutes). We will also be sending you via text the day before delivery before 9pm with a tracking link and 1hr delivery window
What happens if I'm not home during the allocated 1 hour delivery window?
Please reach out to us via email at hello@getcakes.com.au and we will try our best to reschedule
Can I specify a delivery timeframe?
We offer a VIP delivery service starting for any specific delivery timing requirement between 8am-6pm. Rates calculated according to UberPackage. To book, please reach out via email.
What if I need to change the address?
Reach out via email and we will be able to change the delivery address for you without any issues before 8pm the day before delivery
How do I cancel the cake I ordered?
Send us an email at hello@getcakes.com.au for us to cancel and refund your cake. Though we'd appreciate minimum 24 hours notice, we understand that things may come up suddenly, so please feel free to reach out as soon as you can.
Do you make gluten free cakes?
Yes! Please reach out and let us know if you want us to make your chiffon cake gluten free. Additional charges apply.
Can I customise the cake?
We are currently not accepting any new custom cake orders
How long can I keep the cake in the fridge for?
We recommend consuming the cake within 48 hours
Do I need to refridgerate the cake?
Yes! Please refridgerate the cake until serving. Our cakes taste best served cold
How do I transport the cake safely while driving?
Place the cake on the floor of the car and turn smoothly around corners. Avoid placing the cake on the car seats as they are not flat surfaces.

Park on Little Church St Ryde for easiest access as we are next to Melrose Estate Agents
